Hey all, this is my first attempt at a video battle report. So you will be dazzled with plenty of umm's and ahh's. As Kroxitau told me, when he started doing video battle reports his win-loss ratio went way down. Perhaps from loss of focus. We'll see how I fair. I caught some tactical mistakes I made in the game, but from watching the video, I see even more.

Battle Report: Week 7, Escalation League
Setup:
Campaign stuff: Chaos attacked GloryBound, I chose to defend. Chaos played card to allow each player to chose an opponent's unit every turn to make it leave the table and deep strike the next turn (yes, even a squad in a razorback can deep strike this way). I played my card which forced my opponent to choose their other card which forced the mission to Capture & Control. I didn't want to worry about getting in position or have my unit holding an objective pulled off.
Board: Few hills, Trees and a few Cargo hauler boxes
Mission: Capture & Control
Deployment: Spearhead, we both deployed pretty close to the center.
Initiative: Chaos wins, Blood Angels failed seize.

Battle Report: Week 6, Escalation League

It's Imperium Vs. Xenos week at the league. Which means it's 2v2 for Imperium and Xenos players. I arrived late and they were one Imperium player short (IG and BT are Imperium faction for the purposes of the league). so I was asked to step in and defend the Imperium. Muahahaha! So it was my BA and Mack’s IG against Tau and Eldar.

Battle Report: Week 4, Escalation League

In case you noticed, I missed week 3 of the league due to Father's Day (and being my first year as a father) and my wife's 40th Birthday (Yea, I value my life and appreciate my wife watching the kids so I can play at all...so yea, I skipped 40k). The following week was the Malleus Imperator event so the league was postponed. Unfortunately, I worked all weekend and missed everything! Grrr. I was so on to bring my Libby dread to the Kill Team tourney.

WIP - Sanguinary Priest
I looked at the GW Sanguinary Priests and they look great...but out of stock so GW cancelled my order. So I needed to find an alternative. I started looking at the bits I had and found a combo I really like. It's the legs and sword from the Death Company box (with the X pattern sanded off the right knee). The Apothecary torso and Narcium arm from the Command Squad box, and the winged jump pack from the Sanguinary Guard box. I doubt I'll ever run Sanguinary Guards though I love the models. The bodies will most likely become honor guard with vanguard vets jump packs.
